Since 1988, the Sunflower River Blues & Gospel Festival has stood as a powerful celebration of music, culture, and community in Clarksdale—the heart of the Mississippi Delta.
What began as a grassroots effort led by Jim O’Neal and Dr. Patricia Johnson has grown into one of the world’s most respected free blues festivals, drawing thousands of visitors from across the globe each year.
